market lows, which is just as profitable. Remember when I called the low when the DOW hit 6700? I
think it went down for one or two more days and then took off for years. Check the archives. Had you
followed my advice that day you could have at least tripled your net worth by now...although, three
times nothing is still nothing. lol

There are so many. Here's another one:
>Ramashiva settled that bet with me, but technically it would still be live, as I set my finish line
at $1000 (and gave him 2:1 odds!). Who said I'm not a good sport?
>Gold is starting to look a bit better to me now. In retrospect, $1200 turned out to be the medium
term floor, and with a certified madman in the White House throwing around public money like he's
trying to impress a stripper at a golf tournament, I do see an unrealized crisis premium for the
commodity. I used to laugh at those guys on TV who would try to convince you to keep 20% of your
money in gold, but right now it might actually be a good idea.

Wow! You seem to have an uncanny ability to predict the market! But
then, a reasonable person might ask, why are you "hoping to" retire at
55? I must be missing something.
