I find that to be a superficial view of what racism and equality mean.

It's not racist to say that whites are worse sprinters than blacks.

I would say that racism is the view that some races are inherently 
flawed in ways that make them less worthy of respect. That doesn't mean 
they are "equal" by every measure, they may not be.
