Better seating? Movie ticket all you can eat plans? Being able to
convert blood directly into movie tickets?

Nope.

Not a single film shot in 3D for 2017, just cartoons. However, next
year there is a genuine 3D film coming out...a sci-fi film titled 2.0
and shot in india:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5080556/

....and a film at least partly shot in 3D called VIY 2: JOURNEY TO CHINA
starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rutger Hauer, and Jackie Chan:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6218010/

Neither of those look like hits for the USA, so any celebration of 3D
next year will probably have to come with INCREDIBLES 2.

As for 'live action' 3D and HFR, I think that AVATAR 2 is still planned
for December of 2020.
