Take some time to look into the making of THE CLOVERFIELD PARADOX and 
you will see that it is nothing like BRIGHT.  BRIGHT was made for 
Netflix by Netflix.  THE CLOVERFIELD PARADOX, on the other hand, was a 
Paramount film that has been lingering on shelves and limping along with 
production problems and cost overruns for years until finally being sold 
off to Netflix after the Paramount studio gave up on it.
