you have that backwards. 

bill has explained his situation a couple of times, and anyone with
even a modest bit of computer experience (i.e., not you) would
immediately suspect hardware problems. 

his description strongly suggests a failing hard drive, which means no
amount of software cleanup will fix it.

in other words, it's *your* post that's impulsive flippant gibberish,
both the lengthy one prior and the one above.
