I have one...an 18 to 270 zoom that is - or was - an excellent lens.
Unfortunately, I was using it one day using a neck strap before I
switched to a Black Rapid strap and banged against something when
leaned over.  It knocked it out of whack, and it now focuses sometimes
and not other times.  So, it's on the shelf and no longer used.

It was a great lens for street photography with that range.
