except that android itself does, so they're not being entirely
truthful, and samsung hasn't commented (which means they do).

it also means that there may be sudden unexpected shutdowns when the
battery can't deliver sufficient current, with possible data loss or
hardware damage.

which do you prefer, sudden unexpected shutdowns or throttling peak
loads (but not all) so everything runs smoothly, without issue?
