Yup. When I lived in Upstate NY, Winter in much of my old stomping grounds 
could be a real shovel fest. Sometimes it was just futile to fight it. One 
Winter spent living up in the Adirondacks at Inlet was enough to convince me 
that I was not cut out to spend Winter cut off from civilization, warmth, and 
Sunshine.
