You do realize what "average" means and how Speedtest works, right? ...

er, never mind...

I _get_ 132 Mb/s consistently on a 120 Mb/s plan even if the speedtest 
site is Tokyo or Paris  (etc.) from Montreal.  $82/mo (tax in).
