I know what you are trying to do eric, but fsu and oregon are not equal jobs. Geographic preference
aside. nobody thinks they are.  fsu is clearly the better job.  You've got a much better chance to
do things like compete for national titles at fsu than oregon.  

Nobody is going to go from FSU to Oregon. Oregon to FSU makes sense.
